NEW LEADER
So now that Jack, Kate, and Sawyer, the obvious leaders of the group, are now with the others, who do u think will lead the group now? And let's just assume that Locke and Eko are extremely hurt or dead or trapped in the runis of the hatch or smthng…
I personally think that it will be Sayid. Anybody else?
Well, I've seen a screenshot of Locke talking with Charlie so he's okay. Since the writers have said Locke and Sayid are forming a group to save Jack, Kate, and Sawyer, I imagine the two of them are in charge.

I think Scott was the one who was killed by Ethan. So Steve would be in charge.

from what i've heard, other passengers on the plane who have yet to do anything significant are gonna appear… and one of them, some chick named colleen, is gonna try to be the leader.
but yes, as for the characters that we already know, since locke and jack have always been the two leaders, i'd say that locke will be the leader, along with sayid.

Mr. Eko is FAR too passive a guy to be the leader- he has the toughness required, but he lacks the charisma that Locke has. I'm pretty sure I heard that Locke and Sayid are the leaders.
I agree that Eko is not the leader type, but he definitely has charisma. Nobody scared fake Henry more than Eko plus nobody seems to be able to argue with Eko (Charlie pretty much does what he says in 23rd Psalm). Also, can't forget when he owned leader Jack ("Anything I say will only make you more angry, so yes, I will be silent.") Jack looks mad, but obviously can't think of anything to say to that. In fact, I love Eko's great lines that make the other characters realize they don't have a comeback of any kind:
"Are you going to climb the tree or not?" (Charlie does so)
"There are many forms of salvation, Bernard." (Bernard is silent)
"How can you say all this is meaningless?" (Locke is silent)
Eko is the deal, but he won't be the leader. It will be Sayid and Locke.

i think locke will be ou on his own, discovering some new part of the island….itll be sayid running shit, he gunna go republican guards on all their asses
scott is dead. Steve is the guy with the beard. They made a mistake once and said that Steve was scott, but every other time it is the other way around. Steve is by far my favorite character…
errr…can somebody please tell me who steve is? or scott or whoever? im confused as hell right now…i've watched all the episodes, but i can't seem to remember who they are..?
1. Scott is the one Ethan killed. Steve is the one everyone kept mixing up with him.

If I were on the island, I'd follow Sayid pretty much anywhere. He's definitely a good leader. Maybe if Desmond and Sayid can work together…
I'd bet Locke would come with them, too. And nothing is scarier than Mr. Eko with his stick.
Locke should lead
I'd say Desmondo. Why?. He knows the most about the island by far, he knows the most about the others by far, plus he's got his army training as well, although I guess Locke and Sayid would be his assistants.

yeah i think vincent would be an awesome leader, but it would suck to communicate with jin, jin can't speak english. sucks for vincent huh………………….S
