It has already been explained to you along time ago (when you were still Jeff Coburn) about nu-metal, specifically in the Addicted to METAL for LIFE group, about nu-metal. You offered no response that I could consider a logical argument to refute my claims, so that eliminates Skipknot, Skindred, and Linkin Park.
Trivium is metalcore. Metalcore has metal influecnes, however, since it tends to lean to the hardcore and to mainstream music more than it does metal, is has been rejected by the metal community.
Malmsteem is a metal guitarist. A good, overrated, but still a good guitarist.
Blood Stain Child's first two albums were metal albums with Trance influences. The newest one leans more to an Industrial Rock/Trance sound, moving farther away from the metal sound. I am not sure I can consider there newest album metal, but the first two definatly were.
Municipal Waste is crossover thrash. No one is saying they are the most metal band, but they tend to lean more towards a metal sound than they do a punk sound. Therefore, they are a metal band.
