since I consider myself a ji jun faun lee expert (he is my all time idol and I my martial art is very reminicent of his) I would say
Bruce Lee > Chuck
all rumors aside Bruce was in my opinion the greatest all around fighter in the world at his time… he wrote a 6 volume set of his martial ways… and they are very good (being the nerd I am I have read half of them so far)
