We are considering refinancing, because we must. Should we do it now at 6%, or should we wait until the beginning of the year? Trends show a drop is more common in January and it will be after the elections which can also contribute to rate changes. I just hate to lock in now, and have it go lower in two months
Please help I have no idea how to plug in the hard drive to my computer.

There are some scientific theories that explain it as a miss-timing of neural firing. In this case your brain would receive a signal and then the same signal almost instantly right after it which would cause you to think that the situation has happened before (which it has according to your brain a few microseconds before) and produce a sense of familiarity. The theories hypothesize that delayed signals coming from say one of your eyes or one of your ears could cause the miss-timing which would produce deja-vu.
As for me i am not sure where it comes from. I experience it occasionally and it is probably one of the creepiest/weirdest feelings. I
I was wondering why a tie is considered essential with a suit and where did the practice originate?
The necktie along with the ascot and bow tie are descendants of the cravat. The cravat orginated in the 1630
Are general elections held every two or four years, for example? Or are elections called whenever the government feels the need?
Thanks.
General elections are held at least every five years. However not all Parliaments run for the whole five years, and a general election may be held before this period is up. In the event of a government having a small majority the election may well take place much earlier. For example, the general election of February 1974 resulted in a minority Labour government. The then Prime Minister, Harold Wilson, therefore called another election in October 1974, which resulted in Labour increasing its representation to just above 50% of the number of seats. Despite its small overall majority, the Labour government then remained in power for four-and-a-half years, finally calling an election in May 1979.
The last General Election was held on 5 May 2005.
In between general elections, by-elections are held as necessary to elect a new Member of Parliament to an individual constituency.
Eyebrows have evolved as being important in the non-verbal communication process to each other. In a million years, the communication of eyebrows will hopefully be understood better, and convey non-verbal thoughts far more expressive than we could possibly fathom now. Here is an example of how eyebrows have evolved in just the past couple of decades.
Also, eyebrows are tweeked into shapes, usually arches. The arch has gotten higher over time. I suspect that the arch is here to stay, but there may be times when a wavy, swoop, or even some fancy design will become popular.
I also think that you would enjoy this FACS program that helps one decode facial actions.
I bet you are also wondering why we even have eyebrows. Well, I

I always shift between Drive and Neutral while driving (on stops) Does anybody know if it is safe or harmful to the transmission please ?
Yes fine, no damge can be caused so long as the engine is running. However, damage occurs when you shift from neutral to Drive while the car is going at speed. This causes the gearing AND engine some stress as it attempts to compensate for your instruction i.e. travelling 80k then slamming it into 1st 2nd 3rd or Drive.
